About the Position:
As our customers’ first point of contact you will be responsible for providing both subject matter expertise in Utility Data Systems, while offering a first-class customer service experience.
Your day will involve communicating via telephone and email with customers as well as completing special requests by understanding and working with data. Quality workmanship is key to this role, you will be required to prioritize your time and work in an effective manner.
o Maintain and build on current customer satisfaction and retention through daily delivery of accurate and timely information
o Act as Subject Matter Expert in Utility data requirements, analysis and delivery
o Interface with clients to provide excellent customer service in a timely, efficient and professional manner
o Review and make recommendations regarding daily operational practices and collaborate on implementation of all changes to operating practices
o Participate on cross functional team work that is targeted to resolve issues raised by customers
What you will bring to the role:
o Minimum 1 year experience in a professional and customer focused environment
o Superior communication (written and verbal) skills; able to effectively present information in a clear and accessible manner
o A willingness to learn and share in the pursuit of team and individual goals, excitement about opportunities and the ability to adapt to and embrace change
o Thrive in a fast paced, structured and dynamic environment
o SQL and Excel skills are considered a valuable asset to the role
